Order forms inside the chat

Collect customer details with a WhatsApp form, in the chat

Build a form once with 3650HQ's visual Flow builder, then send it inside a WhatsApp conversation. A clean form opens on the customer's phone to collect size, colour and delivery address, without sending them to an external website.

1
Build the form
Use the visual Flow builder, or start from a template, to lay out the fields you need.
2
Send it in the chat
The customer taps a button in WhatsApp and the form opens natively, without leaving the app.
3
Get structured answers back
Responses land in the thread and are exportable to CSV.

What WhatsApp Flows do and don't do

3650HQ's Flows are static forms: you design the fields once and send them, and there's no dynamic, server-driven logic that changes what a customer sees based on a previous answer. They're built with Meta's official WhatsApp Flows API, not a third-party workaround.

Frequently asked

Can I collect a customer's delivery address on WhatsApp?

Yes. Build a Flow with an address field and send it in the chat. The customer fills it in without leaving WhatsApp, and the answer lands in your thread.

Do I need to code anything to build a Flow?

No. 3650HQ has a visual Flow builder and starter templates, so no coding is required.

Can Flows show different questions based on a previous answer?

Not currently. 3650HQ's Flows are static, single-pass forms rather than branching, conditional forms.

Where do Flow responses go?

They appear inside the conversation thread and can be exported to CSV.
