What transcription does and doesn't do

Transcription covers English, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, Swahili and Zulu; Nigerian Pidgin isn't supported yet. It transcribes what was said; it doesn't translate between languages or summarize long threads. It costs 0.05 credits per voice note — the same as replying to the customer who sent it, and a fraction of the 2 credits it costs to start a new conversation with a template or campaign.
